Description of Services

Azimut POS provides point of sale systems (POS) for restaurants and retail stores, including software, hardware, installation, training and technical support. Available features depend on the subscribed plan.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities performed under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Payment and Billing

Subscription fees are billed monthly according to the chosen plan. Prices may be changed with 30 days' notice. Any late payment may result in suspension of services.

Intellectual Property

All content, software and documentation of Azimut POS are protected by intellectual property laws. You obtain a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use for the duration of your subscription.

Limitation of Liability

Azimut POS cannot be held responsible for loss of revenue, data or profits resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months.

Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Azimut POS reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access in case of violation of these terms, with or without notice.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Modifications will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately. Your continued use of the services constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.

Applicable Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada. Any dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Quebec.
